Writing As Ancestral Connection: Guided Writing Workshop

Writing As Ancestral Connection is a 40 minute guided experience designed to help participants connect deeper into their own ancestral lineages and the stories that may lie buried within their own DNA.

This workshop is for everyone, regardless of ethnic background or spiritual practice.

By the end of the workshop, all participants will have:

*various symbolic items, totems, and pieces of wisdom & guidance given to them from ancestral wisdom, dispered through the elements of Earth, Water, Nature, Mineral, and Fire. Use what you find during this experience, to begin new inquiries or to explore new wisdoms that are uncovered during the process.
